How we work

As well as specially tailored drum days, you can buy an "off-the-shelf" Drum Dynamics event such as a 2-hour drum circle. A range of follow-up activities can also be arranged.

Typically organisations are looking for a half or full day activity that can be enjoyed by staff or management teams that may be as small as five or as large as several hundred in number.

Some organisations are simply looking for a fun way to spend a staff away day, others are keen to harness the team development and motivational rewards that drum circles can bring.

Our approach is to meet with the client company before the event to tailor a workshop to the specific needs and culture of the group. The resultant event may include a series of interlinked workshops, plenary sessions, small groups, drum circles, times for reflection and discussion or even a drum performance by our team.

Venues
We are able to travel to your venue or alternatively you can make use of Latimer Park, a conference venue on the Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire border, in the heart of the country with spectacular views and walks around a natural lake, but just minutes from Junction 18 of the M25.
